Area Availability

I can to deliver within a 40 mile radius. (See delivery charges in terms and conditions) So this would cover parts of the following counties:






If you live outside the 40 mile radius you are welcome to collect items and drop off.

Please see ‘Deliveries and Collections’ for delivery/collection costs.

Deliveries & Collection 

I am more than happy to deliver and collect within a 40 mile radius at the charges below. If you live outside this radius, feel free to come and collect and drop off afterwards. The prices below include delivery AND collection.

20 miles £12.00

30 miles £18.00

40 miles £24.00

If I am to deliver and collect there must be an allocated parking space provided outside of your property for easy access.


Please use the online booking form to request the number of each item required, the date of your event, and your contact details. If you aren’t sure of amounts needed, or need any other advice before you fill it in, give me a call or drop me a line and I can make some recommendations.

Once I have received the booking form, I will send confirmation of dates and items availability and send details for payment.


A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire cost, will be required upon confirmation of booking, and the balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event.

Hire Period

I aim to be as flexible as possible at this point with regards to hire period, as an estimation though, hire period will usually be approximately 2-3 days, to be confirmed at time of booking.


Any cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations 8-13 days prior to event will incur a 50% total cost of hire charge.

Damange Deposit / Charges

There will be a damage/loss deposit charged along with your final balance – the amount will be no more than £100, and will be dependent on the items and quantities for hire. The amount of damage/loss deposit retained would vary according to which item has been affected.  This could range from £2.50 for a teaspoon to up to £20 for each part of a particular teacup and saucer / trio affected, then going up to £100 for a Royal Albert teapot (many teapots are not of that brand/value though, there is much variation throughout the range).  If you wish to discuss these finer details before your booking, then I’m more than happy to do so.

Quality of Items

My items have been particularly chosen not only for their beauty but also for their condition. As with most vintage items, there may be some signs of wear but generally everything is in great condition. If a teapot or other item happens to have a minor chip or crack that won’t affect use, I will let you know beforehand.
